CHÍNH SÁCH GIÁ VÉ VÀ HUỶ PHẠT MEXBUS PRICING POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

1. Chính sách giá vé: 300.000VND/người/chiều

   • Giá vé đã bao gồm VAT.

2. Chính sách giá trẻ em/ CHD Policy:

   • Từ 11 tuổi trở lên: 100% giá vé. 11 years old and above: 100% ticket price.
   • Từ 2 tuổi đến 11 tuổi: 70% giá vé. From 2 to 11 years old: 70% ticket price.
   • Người khuyết tật (mù, ngồi xe lăn, khuyết tật tay, chân,…): 50% giá vé. People with disabilities (blind, wheelchair users, limb disabilities, etc.): 50% ticket price.
   • Trẻ em dưới 2 tuổi ngồi trong lòng người lớn không tính phí. The children under 2 years old sitting on an adult‘s lap, free of charged.

3. Chính sách đổi chuyến, đổi ngày/ Ticket Change, Date Change:

   • Có thể đổi nhiều lần. It can be changed multiple times.
   • Miễn phí đổi chuyến trong cùng một ngày. Free departure time adjustment on the same day.
   • Đổi vé trước giờ khởi hành trước 03 tiếng: miễn phí. Changing the ticket at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time is free of charge.
   • Đổi vé trước giờ khởi hành sau 03 tiếng: 30% giá vé. Changing the ticket less than 3 hours before the scheduled departure time incurs a fee of 30% of the ticket price.
   • Vé đã thanh toán có thể đổi miễn phí 1 lần. Nếu đổi lần thứ 2 sẽ bị tính phí 30% giá vé. A paid ticket can be changed once for free. If changed a second time, a fee of 30% of the ticket price will be charged.
   • Nếu đổi vé từ 4 vé trở lên, khách hàng phải thông báo trước giờ khởi hành 24 tiếng. For changes involving 4 or more tickets, customer must notify at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
   • Lễ, Tết phí đổi vé 30%. On holidays and Tet, the ticket change fee is 30%.

4. Chính sách hủy vé/ Cancellation Policy:

   • Trước giờ khởi hành 24h: miễn phí. Free of charge if changed at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
   • Từ 24 tiếng - 02 tiếng trước giờ khởi hành: 10% giá vé. 10% of the ticket price if changed 24 to 02 hours before the scheduled departure time.
   • Dưới 02 tiếng trước giờ khởi hành: 30% giá vé. 30% of the ticket price if changed less than 02 hours before the scheduled departure time. • Phương thức hoàn tiền: Số tiền được hoàn trả sau khi trừ phí hủy vé và phí giao dịch thanh toán (nếu có) sẽ được hoàn lại cho khách hàng qua phương thức thanh toán ban đầu (chuyển khoản ngân hàng, ví điện tử, hoặc tiền mặt tại quầy…). Thời gian hoàn tiền từ 3 – 7 ngày làm việc, tùy thuộc vào phương thức thanh toán. Refund Method: The amount refunded, after deducting cancellation fees and payment transaction charges (if any), will be returned to the customer using the original payment method (bank transfer, e-wallet, or cash at the counter, etc.). The refund process will take between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the payment method.

5. Chính sách vé khuyến mãi: Vé mua trong các chương trình khuyến mãi, ưu đãi đặc biệt (như vé giảm giá, vé trong dịp lễ, vé trúng thưởng,…) không áp dụng chính sách hủy vé và hoàn tiền, bất kể thời gian yêu cầu hủy vé. Tuy nhiên, khách hàng vẫn có thể dời vé sang chuyến gần nhất theo quy định của công ty, nếu còn chỗ. Promotion Ticket Policy: Tickets purchased during special promotional or discount programs (such as discounted tickets, holiday tickets, prize-winning tickets, etc.) are not eligible for the cancellation and refund policy, regardless of the timing of the cancellation request. However, customers may transfer their ticket to the next available trip in accordance with the company's regulations, provided there is available space.

6. Quy định đối với các đại lý bán vé: • Đại lý bắt buộc phải áp dụng chính sách hủy vé, hoàn tiền và dời vé như quy định nêu trên, nhằm đảm bảo quyền lợi khách hàng và duy trì uy tín của dịch vụ MexBus. Mọi yêu cầu hủy vé, hoàn tiền từ khách hàng phải được đại lý thông báo về Saigon.PT để xử lý đúng quy trình. • Đại lý không được tự ý thay đổi chính sách hủy vé, hoàn tiền hoặc dời vé đã được Saigon.PT quy định. Đại lý chịu trách nhiệm cung cấp đầy đủ thông tin về chính sách cho khách hàng để tránh tranh chấp hoặc khiếu nại. Regulations for Ticket Sales Agents: • Agents are required to adhere to the cancellation, refund, and ticket transfer policies stated above to safeguard customer rights and maintain the reputation of MexBus services. Any cancellation or refund requests from customers must be reported to Saigon.PT by the agents for proper handling. • Agents are not permitted to unilaterally alter the cancellation, refund, or ticket transfer policies as determined by Saigon.PT. Agents must provide complete information regarding these policies to customers to avoid any disputes or complaints.

7. Phương thức tiếp nhận yêu cầu hủy vé và đổi vé: Khách hàng có thể gửi yêu cầu hủy vé hoặc đổi vé qua các kênh sau: • Tổng đài hỗ trợ: 1900 88 68 69 • Hotline CSKH: 1900 88 68 69 • Quầy vé tại các bến xe: Khách hàng cần xuất trình vé và thông tin cá nhân để được hỗ trợ. • Website chính thức: Truy cập https://mexbus.saigonpt.com/ để gửi yêu cầu trực tuyến. Methods for Receiving Cancellation and Ticket Change Requests: Customers can submit cancellation or ticket change requests through the following channels:

   • Ticket Counters at Bus Stations: Customers are required to present their ticket and personal information for assistance.
   • Official Website: visit https://mexbus.saigonpt.com/ to submit an online request.

8. Một số quy định khác: • Trường hợp bất khả kháng: Nếu chuyến xe bị hủy do các yếu tố bất khả kháng (thiên tai, lũ lụt, tình trạng khẩn cấp,…) dẫn đến việc chuyến xe không thể khởi hành, công ty sẽ hoàn tiền toàn bộ cho khách hàng mà không trừ phí. Additional Regulations: • Force Majeure: In cases where a trip is cancelled due to force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, floods, emergencies, etc.) that result in the trip being unable to depart, the company will refund the full amount to the customer without deducting any fees.
